Opening MS word documents in Solution manager (on Linux)

Hi All,

I'm running the SAP Java GUI 7.20 rev 5 on RHEL6.0. Whilst in Solution manager i want to view a WRICEF document in transaction SOLAR02. But when i double click on the document I get the following message "The document cannot be displayed

Message no. SOLAR_DOC021".

Can someone tell me how i can open documents from Solution manager into open office?

Sorry to give you bad news,but this functionality is only available through a Windows OS and Microsoft Office, since

it uses the underlying Office Intergration.

inside the SAP GUI screen or controling Office programs by

automation is not supported. However downloading and opening

documents is possible, opening of course depends on the installed

Office products on the client.
