Hello Felipe,

We also have bi-weekly payroll, and Service Canada requires us to submit Automated Earnings Reports on a weekly basis.

Furthermore, for Statutory Holidays for casual employees, the Employment Standards (eg. Ontario) is that the Statutory Holiday Pay should be 1/20 of the earnings of the 4 weeks preceeding the week in which the Holidays falls. That's great if the holiday falls in the first week of the Payroll Period (1/20 of last 2 pays), but it gets a little more complicated when the Holiday falls in the second week of the Payroll Period, specially when Overtime, Shift Premiums and other payments must be taken into account and allocated to the appropriate week.
