Hi satish,
In Excel, every workbook has 255 columns and 65,526 rows. These values are fixed and cannot be changed. If you need more rows, you might want to consider using a database (such as Access) or another spreadsheet (Quattro Pro can handle a million rows) for data storage. In most cases, you probably don't need to work with all of your data at once. You'll usually need only a subset of your data. You can use Excel's Data, Get External Data command to query the database and bring in only the records you need.

In our project we had the same requirement. The query in BI7 had a limitation which doesnt allow more than 350000 cells. A higher value could be set but was not feasible. Therefore we managed creating the queries in 3.5 and running them not with the Java Stack but using the ABAP stack with Excel 2007.
I shall provide more details on the solution tomorrow when in the office.

AHS.
Dear satishsmse,
Whilst Excel 2007 and 2010 do indeed offer 1,000,000 rows for your use, and it is possible for you to report that many rows out of Bex Analyzer 7. That does not mean it is a good idea.
The key thing to remember as you review your customer's requests is this....
BW is an Analytic tool. Not a 'data dump' tool. Write an ABAP report if you wish to extract enormous quantities of information to an external analytic tool or documentation purpose. Do NOT do that sort of thing in BW, it violates good design architecture rules.
Hi Satish,
There should be no method to do that.
If you need to display more lines, you may try Java Web.
However from the memory point of view, it's not recommended to display too many rows at once.
You may consider adding some filters before doing the drilldown.

Patricia
