jdbc adapter

hi everyone:

I have configured the 'JDBC-XI-RFC' secnario, my trouble is that both the name of database table and table's fields are chinese, so the JDBC adapter can not get the datas from the DB table.

Any good idears? except changing the table' name in english.

Is your XI installation localized?

Are you using a JDBC adapter which is appropriate for the Localized database?

Hi,

how about setting up the user that XI is logging on to the database as a Chinese user rather than the default English ?

This may make a difference with what tables can be seen by the JDBC adapter.

Let me know if this works as it is just a shot in the dark.

What Database do you use?

Try define a stored procedure(if the database allow you) that translates the fields to English) and select the data from that procedure...
