SAP Portal 7: configure user mapping with 2 backend systems

Hi experts,

I'm facing the following requirement:

- My client wants to connect SAP EP 7 with 2 backend systems and they need to use user mapping for both connections (AD user (Portal) is different from backend systems (SAP ECC)).

I have already configured connections to the 2 systems and it's working but only one at a time:

Only one System in User Mapping for System Access Tab is available for user mapping: the one selected for reference system in System Admin -> System Config -> UME Config -> User Mapping.

Is it possible to configure 2 backend systems with user mapping?

Hello,

I believve configuring two UME's for single portal system is not possible and you can consider using LDAP here

With LDAP I can configure the connections for 2 backend systems?

Example:

AD user A - connected to backend system SAP ECC client 100

AD user B - connected to backend system SAP ECC client 200

Is this possible?
