One of our customers wants SSM to send e-mail to users as a KPI or initiative changes etc.
We have made Netviewer and SSM settings (email subscription) to use this function. But it does not work. And as a change takes place in a KPI/initiative, SSM does not send email to the related user/s.
Is a there a solution for this?

If you configured the mail settings in NW and the mail is not sent then please check with your email admin and see if the mails are getting stopped at the email server.
They are usually getting blocked at the email server side.
