ESS: Date posting issue

Dear Collegues

The Annual leave request of one Employee is with in the Actual plan date and has been approved automatically.

Leave Details in ESS :

Leave Start Date : 02.04.2011

Leave End Date : 05.05.2011

Leave Details in SAP R/3:

Leave Start Date : 04.04.2011

Leave End Date : 08.05.2011.

did he change the leave dates. check in rptarqdbview what dates unltimately got posted!

There was no change in the leave, it was auto approved and taken with actual dates as specified.

since its occuring for one user only, i would suggest delete this and recreate a new one!

it is the same leave then or did he request multiples?

usually no date changes occurs ie atleast of requested date, we have to verify allhis leave in rptarqdbvoew
