How to control "Shop on behalf of"

Hi Folks,

I need to prevent the user from changing the u201CShop Foru201D(actual requester of the Shopping cart) selection after the user has added an item from the catalog. If suppose the user wishes to change the u201CShop Foru201D selection after adding an item from the catalog, they must begin a new shopping cart.

How to achieve it in SRM 7.0 which is using MDM catalog? Kindly throw your valuable inputs here...

It is a standard feature in professional shopping cart, shop in one screen.

I am working on "Shop on behalf of", not in "Shop in one screen".
