CRM 7.0: SLA without Service Contract or Service Product

Hello,

Does anybody know if there is in CRM 7.0 with Service Request an SLA for Category Modeler (Categorization) without using Service Contract or Service Products ?

Hello,

I read at the SAP Best practices building blocks that the SLA for service require service products and service contracts.

Are you sure that there is an option to manage SLA for service request without service product or service contract ?

1. What is the transaction type for Service Request ?

2. Can you write step by step how to create SLA for Service Request without Service product or Service Contract ?

Hi Yossi,

From my point of view you can´t create service request without a service product. But this service product could be by default every time the same.

The SLA found in the service request could be different depending on other information such like priority (Higher prio = shorter SLA). This will be defined in the corresponding profiles for SLA.

Hi Yossi,

SLA can be used in service requests without service contracts.
