Hi all I've a question bout dunning run
if it still in dunning level 1 and i entered for a document (Level 2) in the next run will it update the customer dunning level to level 2 ????
or it must wait untill it reaches the no# of days????
and if so what is the benefit of entering for a specific document or line item (level 2) for example??
Hi,
When Dunning program is executed for a line item, it gets updated both in the line item and Customer master.
But please note that that customer master will always have the highest dunning level reached for that customer accross all line items.

OK,
1. There is dunning data in Account master data
2. Also - there is dunning data in every single line item that is a subject to Dunning
Now, you just do NOT mess with it, you let it update automatically with the Dunning run.
If the Customer is in Dunning level 2, it means, it's highest dunned item has level 2.
br,
Hi,
It'll be best, if you go through the Customizing for Dunning/specific procedure, that's in use.
Then, experiment a bit.
(you may create dunning runs for future dates to test system's behaviour)
Experimenting does not hurt and you'll have your answer within minutes.
