assigning roles in approval levels of PR

Hi All,

how can we assign various roles in workflow under release strategy for purchase requisition. i've to maintain 5 approval levels, for which i have to assign 5 roles. how can i do it?

Hi,

Release codes are assign to the user through work flow and work flow appears in their inbox of all to whom it have been assigned. Once the work flow is process by one user it gets deleted from other people inbox.

In the authorization object M_EINK_FRG (PR Release strategy authorization object), you have to put the Release codes with the release group for which your user is authorized. Afterwards include M_EINK_FRG in a role assigned to your user.
