how to close Bex(logoff) from excel?

Dear All,

Could you pls give an advice how to close or logoff Bex?

when we start Bex , we have to login based on Excel , (addtional function)

but I dot know how to close Bex without closing Excel file (application )

Could you pls kindly adivse?

Go to excel add ins tab on the top of the window .

there u can find one connect icon in the custom tool box.

click that there u will get dis connect option.....hoping this can solve ur plbm

While the method above works well, by this question I assume that you have set Bex Analyzer 7 to always load in Microsoft Excel ? This may not be what your end users want... sometimes add-ins like Bex do not behave well when working with other Excel Add-ins (For example, there have been issues in the past with the Euro conversion add-in and Bex).

It also depends on what version of Excel you are using. Excel 2003 with the most recent set of Microsoft patches appears to have a bit of a problem when Bex was running, and throws errors when you close Excel altogether.
