Master Data in decentralized WMS

Can anyone please share what master data needs to be extended in Decentralized Warehosue Management for goods movement transaction, The central ERP system is also SAP Retail. What BAPI is required for the same

I dont precisely get the required master data maintenance details in that link, can you please tell me if i need to create the materials, vendors and other master data in the DWM
