Batch Specific UoM: Problem in assigning Product Unit, Mat. Master

Dear Gurus

I want to deploy batch specific Unit of Measure for a finished goods.

I have set the material number, batch class and characteristic class.

Before i met the problem, i already set 2 batch specific UoM. Pc per box and KG per Piece and it running well,

And i want to add more UoM, example Piece per pack, i have set the characteristic and indicator for batch specific UoM.

I met the error "Characteristic PC_PER_PACK" cannot be used for Proportion Unit or product unit" Message LB123.

How to solve this problem? or anyone ever met this problem

Can you please provide the solution for this error as I am facing the same error while assigning the characteristics in the Proportional/Prod. Unit view of Material Master

The problem has ben solved.

There is difference when i assign the char into material proportion unit.

compare your characteristic with the other characteristics used for proportion units, there is certainly a difference.
