Service entry error

Hi

While i trying to create service entry sheet in ml81 t.code i give po number then enter showing error system error block object

EKKO,KEY 4100000078,why this problem occurs,plz suggest.

Dear Sadaraj,

Please check may be user not having authorisation for particular PO organisation or may be user delete/block and unblock that line item.

Hi,

Please check whether the PO line item is blocked or deleted.If No then follow these steps:

Please use ML81N(Enjoy Screen).Click on "Other Purchase Order".Put required PO no. and then enter.Click on "Create" icon.and then click on "Service Selection" button and enter.The service Po item detials will be copied in the entry sheet.just copy that then accept by clicking on the "Flag" icon and save.
