Data between ECC and APO systems isn't synchronized

Hi, experts!

I have transferred a material, PDS, sales order from system ECC in system APO.

The integration model is activated.

I start transaction /SAPAPO/RRP3/ and I Would create the planned order in system APO, however in transactions MD04 of system ECC this order it is not displayed.

What happens?

Is any integration options aren't made?

Check whether you have defined the distribution definition for the plant in tcode /SAPAPO/CP1 for planned order.

Also check in /sapapo/ccr for any inconsistency.

//tcode /SAPAPO/CP1 for planned order.

What I can choose from the list:

Project Order

Sales Order

Maintenance Order

Planned Independent Reqirement

for planned order?

//Also check in /sapapo/ccr for any inconsistency

Partner System is no values found.

What customizing options I haven't executed and where I can make them?

Thanks for advice

Timofey,

//tcode /SAPAPO/CP1 for planned order.

What I can choose from the list:

Project Order

Sales Order

Maintenance Order

Planned Independent Reqirement

None of these. Planned orders are "In House Production Orders" in CP1

For basic configuration instructions, see the configuration guides in Best Practices

Thanks, DB49!

I have adjusted ATP check under your recommendations.

I run product heuristic (SAP_PP_001) and created PlOrd.(CF) where I set Conversion Indicator for Orders and saved it,

however in transactions MD04 of system ECC this order it is not displayed.

Integration model is activated.

What is the problem yet?

Thanks for the answer

Hi,

Whether there is an active integration model for planned orders and production orders.

If so, check in /SAPAPO/CQ the error message.

Then we can help.

Timofey,

I have adjusted ATP check under your recommendations.

??? I didn't make any recommendations about ATP check. We are talking about publishing, which is a completely unrelated topic from ATP.

Expert Nandha has given you some good advice. Check the queues to see if there are any errors.

If you read and follow the configuration guides that I cited earlier, you will be successful in establishing replication between SCM and ECC. The two guides that you should focus are are B02 Connectivity and B05 Replication. Discovering your 'mistakes' by trial and error is a tedious process.

- Also check settings on /SAPAPO/RRPCUST1 and check if you have the setting "Always transfer" for your orders.

- Check IM for Planned Orders and Prod. Orders (/CFM5).

- Check if the orders are stuck in APO Outbound (/SMQ1) or ECC Inbound (/SMQ2).

- If you are using post-processing (/SAPAPO/CPP), set in /SAPAPO/C2, check your Post. Proc. records.

- Alternatively, you can debug your "Save" in Product View and put a breakpoint on statement (command) "rfc" to see what is transferred to R/3.

- Also make sure you have maintained the tab "Work Scheduling" in the Material Master.

- Run the Delta Report (/SAPAPO/CCR) for these orders and see if there is an error shown.

Hope this helps!
