Inbound delivery - putaway details

Dear Gurus

When I create an inbound delivery from vl31n with related to a PO. In the item overview, against the material putaway (with "A") get activated.

Intially this was not there in the system. But when I create an inbound delivery from few days. Im getting this activated.

Is there any specific reason for this? Is this a master data or config issue?

I think in OVLP transaction for the item category they might have actived .You can change this according to your requirement.
