FI documents long text display reports

Is there any report which can display long text of FI documents as list?

Dear.

If you are talking about SGTXT field then it there is no standard report available that could solely display long text line item. In standard report like Fbl5n, fbl1n,fbl3n e.t.c you can fetch it from layout selection field, if its not available there then go to OBVU and give field name SGTXT and table BSEG, field will be fetched and then latter select it in Layout criteria. If you still want customised report then you can easily make it from SQ01.

Hi,

Actually the field I am looking for is not SGTXT. The field is shown via button in line item display if you click "Long text" button located next to text.

Then, pop-up for "Long Text for Document Line Item" is shown and the target text can be seen from the right button "Long overview". (This text is edited via Microsoft Word)

I want this whole long text in the report if available, or as query. Is it possible?

Ask your ABAPER to use READ TEXT function to make a customized report for you because whatever you write is this editor is not stored in any table. Refer to the following

Hi, in addition to Atif , it's better to cut output text in program(eg output lenth 160). Also function module name READ_TEXT
