No Documents Created

Dear Experts;

Actually i've ran off-cycle for some employees and when i'm trying to do them posting it gave me no documents created dunno why, although the control record is on exit status for the last month and the off-cycle ran successfully.

can anhy one help me know from where might be the error coming

yea,lobna

first of all when you creating posting document, no need to set that month in exit mode for Off-cycle.

check the input criteria for the creation of document.

as it is off-cycle, you need to give

Off-cycle date

Reason

and then select type for S- simulation docuement.

and test..

if any error/status let me know.

Dear Jag;

while i'm doing the off-cycle reason in the posting there are 3 fields to enter the data, the first is for the off-cycle reason the second is for the payroll indentifier and the third is for the date.

In the payroll modifier if i'm doing the first off-cycle for a person in the current month i write in it 0, right?

HI,

It follows the number, that is maintained in IT 0267 (Payroll identifier). But you had asked a qood guery, If you have number of entries made in a single day, you can get confirm by entering the no. (1,2 etc.)

Hi,

I think you are using 'T' as Type of document creation, which may change for simulation run use 'S" and for live use 'P'

what is the error you are getting.... check the error log and let us know
