RSWUWFML2 and passive substitutes

Hi

In RSWUWFML2 there is a select option for passive substitutions. However the documentation states that mail to passive substitutions is not supported. So what is the select option meant for?

It'a a limitation with the program. As far as i know RSWUWFML2 is designed to pick up substitutes automatically. So you can check whether your substitutions are set up properly in HR (A210 relationship). But If an agent has specified a substitute, but the substitution has not yet been activated, then the substitute does not receive the e-mail notification for the person he is substituting.

Thanks - I have verified the behaviour. I just wondered why there is a select option for passive substitution.

I checked the code. If the parameter is set, the program checks if a passive substitute has taken over the substitution.
