Report SAPLSWW_SRV causing spike in CPU utilization

Hi

We had an issue this past Friday where our CPU utilisation on our production system spiked to 100% and the administrators found that it could have been caused by report SAPLSWW_SRV. I need to find out what this porgram does and I cant find any documentation on it. Can someone please tell me what this program does? Your help is highly appreciated

My guess would be that someone went to tx SWU3 and clicked on the leftmost button:

Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing (F9)
