Dear expert

Abaper made the print setting such as requirement for the document but please suggest me is thare any another setting for

change layout of purchasing document , please help me to solve issue

Hi,

You can create more Output Types with different Layouts. Take the help of ABAPer to develop the new Print out. Alternatively,

If you want to use a Standard Layout not created by ABAPer, you can select NEU in messages (SAP Standard) and take the print out.

Hi,

You can have your ABAP developper create the different scapscript/smartforms that you would like to have and then you assign these to output conditions. By setting up the different output conditions you influence for which document type/vendor/purchasing organization use which document.

The output conditions can be maintained by the users using the following transactions codes.

PO:

MN04 - create

MN05 - change

MN06 - display

Outline agreement:

MN07 - create

MN08 - change

MN09 - display

Scheduling agreement release:

MN11 - create

MN12 - change

MN13 - display

The settings behind the different output conditions are done via configuration.

SPRO>Materials management>Purchasing-->Messages

Under this customizing section you can assign the forms, processing routine and out put mediums to the output conditions.

(Forms for messages) under the sub section Output control you can defined the access sequence for the output condition, you set-up new message types and you maintain the message determination schema.
