amount in local currency in vtbfhapo

dear all,

i realized a new custom program.

In this program i display for each transaction the amount in document and local currency. The amount in local currency in table vtbfhapo related to not posted transaction is = 0.

Could you tell me if there is another field that i can use ?

Hi,

Its a standard behaviour. Amount in local currency field is not updated due to technical reasons. You can use TRDV_TRANS_FLOW for getting amount in local currency for relevant transaction number.

what is the best method to access to this table ?

if i access with the transaction number ( deal_number ) it takes a lot of time.

Hi,

Ask your basis collegue to tune the table, to get better performance. The data can be retrived using transaction itself with out any issue after the table refresh & tuning.
