Upgrade waiting in MAIN_SHDIMP/ GETSYNC_PREUP_FINI_D

Hi All,

We are upgrading CRM 2007(dual stack) to CRM 7.0. I had first started the SAPup and ran it till the Configuration phase as suggested in the Upgrade guide.Then, I had started the PREPARE for the Java stack using SAPjup and had completed the same including all the 5 modules.

Thereafter, i had run the Checks roadmap which completed successfully.

I had also started the Pre-processing roadmap for SAPup and it had almost completed all the steps but is just waiting in the phase "MAIN_SHDIMP/ GETSYNC_PREUP_FINI_D" for the Java stack.

So, my question is can i now start the 'UPGRADE" roadmap from SAPjup to solve this waiting issue in MAIN_SHDIMP/ GETSYNC_PREUP_FINI_D of the SAPup and so that SAPup will complete the pre-processing and I can start the downtime roadmap as well ?

Any help at the earliest is appreciated.

Yes, I had started the Upgrade roadmap from SAPjup to resolve this waiting issue.

SAPup and SAPjup upgrade for the dual stack completed successfully thereafter.
