Service condition PRS minium value.

Hi,

I want to maintain in the service contract the following condition (PRS):

For a particular service rate is 10$ per meter but their is minimun quanty of 100 m.(1000 $) So even if we create a Service entry of 50 m the price should be 1000$.

How do I do this? The PO is created wrt to contract and than the Service entry sheet is created.

Hi,

In Service Condition Master against PRS condition maintain minimum and maximum value. By doing this, system will not allow amount to be exceeded/decreased in PO against PRS condition and will give error.

To do this first maintain PRS Service condition manually.

SAP Menu -> Logistics -> Material Management -> Service Master -> Service Conditions -> For vendor with (without) plant

Whichever is applicable.
