HCM information needed

Dear all,

as we are now in implementing sap hcm for the client. what are all the things i can suggest to the client now. please give some valuable inputs as i am new to this.

My client has renewed sap license now. my question is what are all the things do we need to take care regarding indian payroll? as of now we have not implemented any sapnotes in sap system.or after renewal everything will come automatically?

so,now do we need to implement sap notes and patches individually? if yes in what sequence do we need to do? like snotes first or patches first?

or do we need to implement support pack? or anything. if yes how?

when i check the patch level i found that it is in level 0036,as mentioned below. Request you to please let me know,what are these things? are these useful?

Hi,

Order should be HR patches followed by SAP note. Now suppose you have implemented in reverse order that is Note followed by patches then if the Note implemented is included in HR Patches then it will be overwrite so actually of no use. Hence implemented the latest - 1 release Patches and then try to implement the Note those are released after the the latest implemented patch.

And

SAP_HRC** is country specific HR Patches so if you have implemented a particular country then you don't need to implement SAP-HR.
