Predefined Text in Remarks

Hi expers,

is there any option like predefined text while adding some document like PO, GRPO, INvoice and etc?

one of our client is asking the same?

i need it in Remarks

HI

You can use predefinded texts under administration->general->predefined text.Here you u can assign ur own text.

To make it appear in marketing document,Use the "type" field(Activated from form settings)...

In that field just select "Text" and then you can enter your predefined text which was defined in the administration module

HI

Then you can use formatted search in that field......

In formatted search,you can select "search in existing userdefined values"...

on clicking the button on right hand side,It will open a window.

In that window,you can give your text
