What are the new SAP notes have to be uploaded in the system for FY 2011-2012 for Income tax and for form 16 and 7,8

For budget changes apply SAP Note 1568264

SAP notes to be implemented for the form 16 layout changes.You need to consider the support pack that installed in your system
