Dear Anirban,
If you want to ship out only during the weekdays (M-F), you have to maintain the shipping calendar of the start location in that way.
If you want to be able to receive the shipments all of the time, you have to maintain a corresponding shipping calendar for the source location.
Please check both conditions.
If it still does not work the issue need to be analyzed deeper, you should raise a customer message to SAP with a reproducible example.
