Button Colour/Properties

Hi All

I have a custom button on my leave request application which is OVP.

But the button does not look like one.It looks like just another text.

In other words, its no 3D button, not emphasized, nor a outline to indicate that it is a button.

What do I do to make it look like one?

Hello Gayathri,

you can influence the style the toolbar buttons are rendered via the application configuration. There you can set the application parameters Toolbar Design (WDSTYLE_TOOLBARDESIGN) to Highlighted Toolbar Design and the parameter UI Guideline (WDUIGUIDELINE) to Guideline 1.1. After applying these changes the rendering of the toolbar should be adjusted.

Hi Gayathri,

the only possible way to enhance the Wddomodify method with Post-Exit or Overwrite exit

check the piece of code where exactly the button get created in this method dynamically change the properties
