SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT Errors in slg1

I keep getting this error in slg1 when this standard sap job runs. Do I really need this job?

Determination of component from SCR failed

Message no. S03513

Diagnosis

The system cannot determine the components for which the component

collector is to be started. The cause is missing data in the CCMS System

Component Repository (SCR). Either the SCR has not been filled or it

contains no information about the components that write statistics

records.

well - this is propably the wrong place to ask this question (not Windows specific).

The job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT is designed to collect non ABAP Statistic Data in/for a central repository.

BC-CCM-MON-TUN is propably the right component to look for.
