User Defined Fields

SAP Business One 8.8. I have user defined fields created in the marketing document header. I have one user that lost the ability to enter data in the UDF on the Sales Order. He can enter data in the UDF on the other marketing documents.

The user did have access the Sales Order last week.

Any suggestions

hi Dennis,

please take note that when setting the UDF(CtrlShiftB) in any SBO form you should be logged as the user that you are setting up on your UDF.

Hi Dennis......

Open Sales Order Form and go to Tools > Customisation Tools> Settings--> Check out the Active status of UDFs at header level.

I guess these all are visible but disable. Please enable it........

Hi,

Try CtrlShiftB to see what are the status of the UDF. They have to be active for the user.
