Hi Gurus,
We are using release hierarchy with user status on PM orders.
How can i trigger mailing between users who should change the user status on PM orders?

- Workflow
- User-exit/BADI
- Batch program

Workflow is now activ in our system.
Is there event for PM orders user status?

Yes there is an event for user-status change.
Have a look at the BOR object for the order

You have to create a program and schedule it which will check the order user status and sends the mail. check with your technical team
