create new mov type code ?

Hi MM experts,

Kindly let us know whether we can create new mov type by copying the existing mov type.

my requirement is 511 mov type to 511 A mov type, i wanted to have the same functionality.

Try Tcode OMJJ.

Go to OMJJ select Movement type and enter movement type from (movement type from which you want to copy)and to (new movement type ) Enter and Save

I am not able to create in omjj as suggested

select only movement type, after giving from (511) to (599) it is taking next screen, where in i am getting all the move types falling between 511 to 582, but not able to see 599, which i want.

pl help

Check whether there exists the Movt type 599 in F4 help in T-code OMJJ and then select as per your need.

You can copy the exisiting Movt type and define new movt type as per req..
