Unable to open folder view after loging in ID

Hi , I am using SAP PI 1.7, after loging in to Integration Directory I am trying to change my veiw to folder view , but receiving the below error, ay idea how to resolve this??

Already tried below things:

Exiting the session and openign a new one. -- Result: same error pops up.

Refresh the cache. --Result: same error pops up.
