Error when executing SXMB_IFR transaction

Hi PI Gurus,

When I am executing the T_Code sxmb_ifr, its giving me error as

'Error while reading configuration for secure communication'

even when I am giving url in browser it is giving me error as:

'503 service not available'

The issue seems to be with the post-installation. Follow the SAP Note: 817920

Check whether all the SLD related RFCs are working (i.e. SAPSLDAPI, LCRSAPRFC etc)

Also execute SLDCHECK and see whether any error you are encountering.
