Rounding rule voilates

Hi Team,

I am facing issue here

IDOC with basic type orders05 which is used for PO creation is failing with error that

Order quantity violates rounding rules (See long text)

Message no. ME386

[X] Fixed number of decimal places specified

System Response

Rounding proposal: 0.000 PK (= 0.000 PK )

When you enter the order quantity for the first time, the system converts the quantity and order unit automatically in accordance with the rounding proposal.

If you change the order quantity, the system does not automatically adjust it.

I have checked the materials and info record there is no rounding profile maintained but I am still getting this error and also note that the BAPI PO create is being called in this IDOC to create the purchase order

try manual PO creation in ME21N and describe what SAP does after you entered the quantity exact like it is in your IDOC.

Does SAP change the quantity after you hit enter?

do you get the same error message?

How much decimals are defined in CUNI for PK ?
