Hi Experts,

my requirement is,I want to create a sales order wrt quotation for say in quotation i had 10 line items out of which 3 are rejected by the customer but rest of seven are ok from him.Now i want to create a sales order wrt to the quotation but in sales order those 3 rejected line items are not be displayed.

Hi,

In another way is

When you create order with reference to Quotation

Then system pop up small screen there you have option of selection list once you click this again one screen will appear that shows quotation items

There you can select which you want and copy that only.

HI,

Please go to the quotation line item sales A tab, and populate the reason for rejection. Please do this for all the line items which needs to be rejected from the quotation.

Now when you will create sales order with reference to the quotation, the items which have reason for rejection populated against them will not be copied to the sales order.
