rollback the ticket

Hi,

I have done some changes in Dev server and moved to Qul server and now user dont want these settings. he is asking rollback the settings. please guide me how to do it.

Hi Pandu

As Kapil told once we move a request to quality server it cannot be rolled back to dev. You can do the required changed in dev again with a new request number( try to test in dev if possible) and then transport to quality. So that the changes will reflect in quality.

Hi,

Once you import the transport request QA, it can't be take back there itself in QA servcer.

You can go to DEV server change setting as like previous and create new transport request

and then this new trasport request you can import agian in QA server
