Hi,
We have run into a puzzling issue in MII. Some specific machines are having problems displaying specific screens. We're on NW CE 7.1.1 and MII 12.1.
Trying to isolate the root cause, we've played with different versions of JAVA and running the tests as a Windows administrator and non-administrator. The strange thing is the screens appear to work if we rename the user directory under C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>, reboot, and let the system recreate the Windows user profile. We have not been able to pin it down in further at this point.
Has anyone seen something like this before?
We have opened a customer message with SAP, but are not getting much response.
Best regards,
Russ
Hi Jaimie,
Yes, we tried that. The current test is going into the control panel / JAVA and disabling the java plugin. That may be the fix, still testing.
Best regards,
Russ

Did you try clearing the java cache?
