How to list active jobs and roles assigned to it

Hello,

I am a junior HR security admin and I need to find out how I can list the actively used JOBS , the users and roles behind it.

I can find the jobs in PPOSW but it seems it is not complete and also difficult do determine the users / roles behind it.

I hope someone can help please

Hi Hans,

You can go as follows:

Find positions attached to job : HRP1001 table OTYPE C OBJID ID of job RSIGN A RELAT 007 SCLAS S get SOBID.

Find person attached to position : HRP1001 table OTYPE S OBJID SOBID from prev step RSIGN A RELAT 008 SCLAS P get SOBID.

Find user name of the employee : PA0105 table subty 0001 pernr SOBID from prev step get UNAME

Find roles attached to user name : AGR_USERS table

very very impressive thank you !

I have now a list of ; job POSITION PERSON NAME

So I am allmost there

last issue: for some personnel nr's (person), when I add them in PA30 en check the details I get status 'Withdrawn"

I would like to filter out the withdrawn people from my list.

Do you have an idea how I can accomplish this ?

apparently it's in PA0001

(checked in a sql trace)
