Delition of unchanged items

Hi,

Unable to delete unchanged items during sales returns order and credit memo request. because delete unchanged

items is in display mode in edit option. please suggest .

Hi Ramesh,

In Copy control from billing to sales document (VTAF) select your cource and target document, click on header and check if Complete reference indicator is checked, if checked, then unchecke it and try

Complete reference indicator

Indicates whether the system copies the source document completely.

Procedure

If you mark the field, the system copies the source document into the target document completely. The system also copies the complete reference indicator. You cannot change the indicator in the target document.

Example

You mark a quotation for complete reference and you then copy the quotation into a sales order. Later, if you try to change an order quantity or to delete an item, the system sends a message.

Hi Sarthik,

Sales returns with referance invoice consist item abc 10 qty and item xyz 20.

customer returns the material abc qty 5 to the company rises the sales retuns with referance

to billing dcoument. if sales retuns with referance to billing both the items to be copied in

to sales returns order but customer retuns the item abc qty so the user edits the material abc

qty 10 in to 5 and he wants to delete unchanged item by selecting delete unchanged from

EDIT optin in the sales order

Hi

If you have subsequent documents created then it cannot be deleted.If you have not dine it then goto VA02 select the line item you want to delete and press on delete icon which is at the bottom of the item level. This should work.Kindly check this and update.
