Process chain status in Yellow(RSPCM).

Hello All,

one of the process chain in my daily check list is completing all the steps but still the final state is in Amber(RSPCM).

there are no Active PID corresponding to this chain in system. this is happening everyday.

could you please advise how to resolve this.

Hi,

First check, is there any loading events are running or check the IDOCS is hang or not.

Secondly, if any DSO's involved, check whether activation is running or not

third, check is there any meta chains are involved in ur process chain. if one meta chain(event) is in yellow state, in rspcm the staus of the over allchain will be in yellow, irrespective of the chain had completed successfully.

If any events or steps are in yellow. turn the step to green manually through rspc_process_finish.

Kindly activate and schedule the process chain again. sometimes the process chain logs are not updated in system log table.

Check the jobs logs. Also check whether any loading request is yellow or not in the infoproviders of that process chains. If possible set them to green status manually one day after proces chain execution ends.

Maybe this solves your problem.

See job logs of every steps in this chain. Might be sth is still hanging.
