About revise workflow item

Dear All,

I have a issue for revise workflow item,our SC have 2 step approve workflow,Now We need change the SC content after workflow approved it,how to do it?Revise the last workflow item or other way?

Hi,

Once the SC is approved any changes can be done only in PO (Follow on document)

Yes, Once you approve the shopping cart, it creates PO.

You donot have control after all approvals.

No,we approve the shopping cart, Didn't create any follow document,Because of our sourcing type's always sourcing.

You can't modify the SC once it is approved, regardless if there is follow-on document.

Depending on what you want to change in the original SC (requirement), you can create new SC to amend the old one (in a sense), for example, for increased quantities.

Or, in Sourcing cockpit, complete the old SC and create a brand new one.

Hi,

if you dont want some to create the PO with reference of the SC then your buyer can reject the item from SOCO.. then SC will not be in SOCO to create a PO..then you can refer the same SC to create the NEW SC..
