Bold Helve font problem in sap script

Hi ,

I am using helve font with bold in sap script. in print preview its showing correctly but in PDF its showing Shade at the place of bold font. I have tried at many printer but problem is same.

You can upload the HELVE bold true type font, that must be available for the backend t process the pdf in the sap-kernel.

The spool preview is only a simulation with frontend tools (GUI).

Which language do you use?

it's not the problem with printers.

it's problem with your GUI ( PDF ).

if you want to take the exact print out then you must make the print out from that print preview only.

or else check your GUI (for that font in PDF).
