Hi gurus ,

Im not able to use pa41 it is showing error " org assignment cannot be changed if start date changed"

Kindly help.Urgent.

Hi,

First you have to extend the object validity dates then try to change.

Thanks for ur replies.In this case pa41 was used earlier but that entry was to be cancelled and earlier record to be maintained thats y i need to change the entry date

In om start date is 01.04.2010 and i wanna maintain same date in actions when i use pa 41 to change date to 01.04.2010 system is throwing error msg ..Kindly help.

Could you please try to see if you can change the Hiring date with 02/04/2010 and let us know?

From what I understand you have an object that has Start date 01/04/2010 in OM and in the same time the relationship to Person -Position begins on 01/04/2010. In PA the person is hired with a wrong date and you want it to become also 01/04/2010? - or you mean smth else? Cause I believe I misunderstand you.

Hi,

Compare the validity periods in IT 0001 With organisational structure( Position, Job, Organisational Unit..etc)
