How to find PO based on Quotation number?

How can I find out the PO number based on Quotation number?

Seems it is very simple question, but I couldn't find it.

Please guide me.

Use T code- ME2N, goto dynamic selection (Or shift+F4) click on purchasing document header, you will find a list of document header fields, double click on quotation, here u can enter quotation number( You can enter different range). execute the report and list will be output with PO numbers and their values.

get the reoprt output in ALV.

Goto table EKPO (t-code Se16n) enter the PO number u will get the RFQ number in the Field ANFNR.

Hi Kailas,

I need to findout the PO number based on quotation number. I know only quotation number which we have maintained in addtitional data tab at Header level of PO.

I have list of quotation numbers. I need to findout those PO numbers based on the list of quotation numbers.

How can I find it?

I thing you have enter collective number in additional field correct?

If yes then you can get PO number from table EKKO for your collective number

try this EKKO,

PO number field-EBELN

collective number field-SUBMI
