in case you are part of the Ramp Up then you will have access to the necessary downloads.

If you have access to BOE 4.0 (Ramp Up), you would also be able to dowload SP1 from the Support Portal.

the release 4.0 in ramp-up pahese is good scenario to begin develop now for delivery to production on September?
The actual version og Dashboard is sufficiently stable?
