SAPKPROTP Error: Connection to peer lost

Hello guys,

I need help regarding the error SAPKPROTP Error: Connection to peer lost.

We are using cache preload and the connection after 510 ends with error in the object.

I ahve set a lot of parameter into SAP to overcome any possible timeout reason for the gateway but still facing the same problem.

Any help?

How is your connection setup,

It should be something like this:

Connectino Info: SM59---> TCP/IP --> SAPKPROTP > START ON APP SERVER-> sapkprotp (only lower case)

and save the info,

Perform the connection test and it should be a positive.

sapkprotp is a executable in exe directory.

hello SM, the connection works but worked everytime.

I do not know how to overcome the problem. Any other suggestion?
