Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement to set the weekly working hours for on-call employees to zero(0) since these employees are having evaluation of actual hours worked.
Please put in your feedback is their an impact on payroll or time evaluation
Thanks in advance
Lakshmy
Lakshmy,
Is there a reason why you cannot have the time management status as positive time and evaluate to pay only the worked hours by recording them in IT 2002?
Regards,
Raja.

Hi
We have created a work schedule with 0 working hours and assigned it to people who do not have a fixed workschedule and are evaluated according to actual hours worked.
Please note that having the work schedule as zero, will not allow you to handle processes such as annual leave, public holidays etc.
In my case, these people are only paid for actual hours, they do not have any leave whatsoever, and if thy do not work, they do not get paid. so this solution does not have any adverse impact.
